Mike Isabella Concepts is looking for an individual who is passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine and cocktails; along with capabilities of exceeding service expectations with the highest regard of hospitality.

Main Responsibilities

-Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience at a prominent restaurant with a range of hospitality and service.
-Strong leadership, organization, and management skills.
-Assist GM in enforcing company policies and culture while keeping compliant with laws and regulations.
-Wine knowledge and prior beverage program knowledge is highly preferred.
-Demonstrate positive interpersonal skills with staff, patrons and vendors.
-Understand and consistently execute service standards by working to improve service standards and guest satisfaction.
-Exemplify leadership and promote teamwork in a positive manner.
-Ability to perform all tasks in restaurant and lead team with “hands-on style.”
-Effectively manage cash controls and financial reporting, including but not exclusive to invoicing, cash outs, bank logs and making sure deposits are accurate and executed properly.
-Ability to work full time, weekends, and holidays.

Use proper communication and listening skills to build relationships by setting a professional tone.
Communicate any major facility or operational emergencies to Chef and owner immediately. Problem solve to find a resolution.
Be receptive to new ideas and feedback from team.

Maintain professionalism in difficult situations at all times, keeping in mind that you always represent MI Concepts.
